This video work was created as a part of FemLink-Art International Video Artist Collective. The theme of this particular project was called VITAL.
This work for me expresses a tension between an inner life of introspection and the exposure and vulnerability which one feels with being confronted with the outside world. Here, a video mirroring technique is employed to reflect these realities both inwardly and outwardly. Vital in this sense is the need to find a balance between both.
